Representatives Diehl of Whitman, Dwyer of Woburn, Adams of Andover and Ross of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8200-0200,  by striking out the figures "$2,500,378 " and inserting in place thereof the figures $7,000,000".
