Amendment #735 to H4100

To reduce the cost of a college education in Massachusetts

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  The president of the University of Massachusetts shall prepare a report regarding the feasibility of offering a three year program of study for undergraduate degree which costs students less than a four year program of study, to reduce the cost of undergraduate education in the commonwealth.  Such report shall be filed with the Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the House no later than January 15, 2013.”
