Representatives Markey of Dartmouth, Dykema of Holliston, Schmid of Westport, Gobi of Spencer, Mark of Hancock, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Benson of Lunenburg, Aguiar of Fall River, Dwyer of Woburn, Chan of Quincy, Madden of Nantucket, Koczera of New Bedford, Howitt of Seekonk, Sullivan of Fall River, Keenan of Salem, Provost of Somerville, Humason of Westfield, Kocot of Northampton, Cabral of New Bedford, Andrews of Orange, Winslow of Norfolk, Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Lawn of Watertown, Scibak of South Hadley, Stanley of Waltham, Smizik of Brookline, Pignatelli of Lenox, Gifford of Wareham, Swan of Springfield, Conroy of Wayland, Straus of Mattapoisett, Cariddi of North Adams, Walsh of Framingham and Spiliotis of Peabody move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2511-0100, in line 9, by inserting after "fisheries"  the following: "; provided, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to enhance the buy local effort in western, central, northeastern and southern Massachusetts "; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,192,811" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,492,811".
