Franklin Sheriff Amendment 8910-0288

Mr. Mark of Hancock moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 8910-0188 the following new line item:

"8910-0288 Franklin County Sheriffs Department Federal Transport. For a retained revenue account for the Franklin Sheriffs Office from monies collected through federal reimbursements for transportation of federal detainees; provided, that the Franklin Sheriffs Office may expend an amount not to exceed $350,000"
