Amendment #763 to H4100

Continuation of the Special Commission on Criminal Justice part I

Representatives Markey of Dartmouth, Koczera of New Bedford, Khan of Newton, Rushing of Boston and Keenan of Salem move to amend section 2 of the bill in line item 8000-0600, by striking out the figure $1,937,797 and inserting in place thereof the figure:-  $2,087,797; further moves to amend line item 8000-0600 by inserting after the phrase “Chapter 228 of the Acts of 2000;” the following: “provided, that $150,000 shall be expended for the commission created in section 189 of Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011;”.
