Mr. Mark of Hancock moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7505-0100, by striking out the figures “$7,805,889” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,955,889”, provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to satisfy the debt service incurred for construction of a Child Care Center on the grounds of the main campus of Greenfield Community College.
