Amendment #768 to H4100

Veterans Work Off Program

Representatives Rogers of Norwood, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Lawn of Watertown, Ferguson of Holden, McMurtry of Dedham, Ashe of Longmeadow, Smith of Everett, Timilty of Milton, Diehl of Whitman and Levy of Marlborough move to amend the bill by inserting in section 2, in line item 1410 - 0400, by adding the following:

"Section 5K of Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the phrases "age of 60" the following: "and veterans, as defined in clause Forty-three of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws,".
