Representatives Rogers of Norwood, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Finn of West Springfield, Lawn of Watertown, Ashe of Longmeadow, Timilty of Milton, Levy of Marlborough and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill in Section 35 by inserting after subsection (e) the following subsection:

(f) Eligible recipients of electronic benefits transfer cards shall be prohibited from direct cash assistance through automated teller machines or otherwise.
