Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0016 by adding after the word "needs" the following: "; provided further that not less than 250,000 shall be expended for the Wayside Youth and Family Support Network TEMPO program"; and inserting in said items by striking out the figures "2,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,250,000".
