Community College Funding

Mr. Aguiar of Fall River moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Community College Funding that is above the total level appropriated in the prior fiscal year shall be appropriated using the current community college formula.
