Preserving Access for Foster and Adopted Children Tuition and Fee Waivers

Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-0021, by striking out the following: "and provided further, an income-eligibility threshold shall be established so that this tuition and fee waiver is only available for students that are eligible for MASSGrant assistance"
