Amendment #799 to H4100

Representatives Wong of Saugus and Jones of North Reading move that the bill be amended by inserting, after section XX, the following section:

“SECTION XX.  Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 199 of the acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking, in the clause eighteenth, the second sentence.”.
