Amendment #853 to H4100

Legislative Access to MMARS

Mr. Levy of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9700-0000,  by adding the following:

"provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the purpose of providing read-only system access to and necessary training in the use of the MMARS accounting sytem for any member of the General Court who so requests”.
