Amendment #855 to H4100

Exempt municipalities from prevailing wage for projects under $100K

Representatives Levy of Marlborough, Webster of Pembroke, Andrews of Orange, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Smola of Palmer and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill by adding the following section:—

SECTION XXX. Section 26 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 19, the word “The” and inserting in place thereof the following:— “For projects costing more than $100,000, the”.
