Mental Health Trust Fund

Mr. Sullivan of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 5095-0015 by adding the following sentence: " there will be a withdrawal from the mental health trust fund for the purpose of maintaining the current level of inpatient services at Taunton State Hospital."
