Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to further amend consolidated amendment “J” by inserting, in the fourth paragraph of the tenth section inserted by the consolidated amendment, after the words “the provision of this section” the following:- “; provided however, the provisions of this section shall not apply any school bus purchased or leased prior to January 1, 2014”.
