Route 1 Railings

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that $2 million shall be expended for the restoration or replacement of the ironwork railings on route 1 at High Street in Newburyport.”
