Representatives Mark of Hancock and Cariddi of North Adams moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, by inserting at the end thereof the following words, “Provided that not less than $875,000 shall be made available for the reconstruction of Black Brook Rd. in Savoy.”
