Route 113 Gateway

Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that $2 million shall be expended for streetscape and safety improvements to the route 113 gateway (Storey Avenue) in Newburyport.”
