Representatives Timilty of Milton, Ayers of Quincy and Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 6121-1217 by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that $180,000 shall be expended for  a traffic study along the Rt. 28 corridor to investigate turning lanes, traffic signal improvements, and other necessary improvements along Rt. 28 including the intersections of Russ and Scanlon; Chestnut and Oak; The Higashi School entrance; and Centre Street
