Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2D, in item 6622-1280, in line 95, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: “; provided further, that not more than $40,000,000 shall be expended on the Union Street underpass underneath the CSX railroad tracks in the city of West Springfield”
