Mr. Dempsey of Haverhill moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1217, in line 51, after the word, “department”, by inserting the following words:-

; provided further, that $16,000,000 shall be expended for improvement and repair work to infrastructure along the Merrimack River, including but not limited to boardwalk and marina access improvements, seawall repair, and boardwalk development, in the City of Haverhill;
