Amendment #15 to H4179

DOT Report on Sullivan Square Redesign

Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill inserting the following:

“The Department of Transportation shall commission a study to determine the status of the redesign and reconfiguration projects in the Sullivan Square and Rutherford Avenue area in the Charlestown neighborhood of the city of Boston and shall report back to the House Committee on Ways and Means and House Committee on Transportation the findings of said study and what obstacles to completion may remain.”
