Mr. Walsh of Boston moves to amend the bill in section xx by inserting the following:-

Section 8B of Chapter 29 in amended by striking the fourth paragraph and replacing it with the following:-

An application for a certificate of eligibility and update statements shall be considered a public record as defined by Section 7 of Chapter 4 except that financial information contained in the application shall not be a public record.
