Route 3 Sound Barrier in the Town of Rockland

Mrs. Nyman of Hanover moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1217, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $730,000 shall be expended for the purpose of installing sound barriers along the southbound side of Route 3 between Gardner Street and Route 3 in the town of Rockland.”
