Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill inserting in the line item 6121-1217 in line 51 after the word “department” the following “provided that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for sidewalk repairs along Route 3A Northbound in East Chelmsford, near the Lowell line, including installation of a raised curb and sidewalk repaving.”
