Mr. Kafka of Stoughton moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $3,500,000 be expended for the South Sharon Infrastructure Project at the intersection of Old Post Road at South Main Street and Interstate Highway 95"
