Amendment #176 to H4179

Public Safety improvements in the Town of Avon

Mr. Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, by adding at the end the following:

"provided further, that not less then $2,000,000 be expended for signalization improvements at East Spring Street, East Main Street (Route 28), and West Spring Street in Avon.  These lights shall be coordinated with the lights at the intersection of Harrison Boulevard and East Main Street (Route 28) in Avon"
