Route 27 and Concord Street in Maynard

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in item 6121-1217, by adding the following:

“provided further, that the department shall fund from this item in an amount authorized pursuant to item 6033 of section 2A of chapter 205 of the Acts of 1996 the study, design, planning and construction of intersection improvements at the intersection of Route 27 and Concord Street in the town of Maynard.”
