DOT Hotline

Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea moves to amend the bill inserting the following:

“The Department of Transportation shall establish a telephone hotline for citizens to have the ability to report trash, graffiti and signage obstructions along the Commonwealth’s roadways.”
