John F. Kennedy memorial highway

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in line 51 by adding after “department” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to improve the John F. Kennedy memorial highway south of elm street in New Bedford and intersecting streets, which shall include improvements to car and pedestrian access across the highway to the waterfront.”
