Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 15, and also in line 31, by inserting after the word “projects;“ the following words; “ provided further, that the expenditure of funds shall not take place until such time as the” conversion plan”  established under section 59, of chapter 26 of Acts of 2009, is filed with the joint committee on transportation, and the House and Senate Ways and Means Committees”

And also in Section 2A, in line 48,by inserting after the word ”item;” provided further, that  the expenditure of funds shall not take place until such time as the “conversion plan” established under section 59, of chapter 26 of  Acts of 2009 is filed with the  joint committee on transportation, and the house and senate ways and means committees”
