Transparency Amendment

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill adding the following section:

“SECTION XX.  Section 38P of chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “location,”, in line 81, the following words:- economic impact and potential job growth in the region of the public works project.”
