Amendment #241 to H4179

To set the effective date of bonds upon release of C. 90 funds

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

“Section XX.  Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 shall not take effect until such time as the apportionment for the construction and reconstruction of town and county ways as described in clause (b) of section 4 of chapter 6C of the General Laws, commonly known as Chapter 90 program, for the 2012 calendar year is authorized by the General Court and approved by the Governor.”
