TO CREATE MORE JOBS BY PAYMENT OF LAWFUL WAGES

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, line 19, by striking after the word “obligations;” the word “and”;

and further in item 6121-1215, in line 24, by inserting after the word “applies” the following text:–

“;and provided further, that the provisions of sections 26 and 27 of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, shall not apply to the projects for which such funds are expended”;
