Amendment #248 to H4179

Wayland-Weston Rail Trail

Representatives Conroy of Wayland and Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in line 98 of Section 2D by adding the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for improvements to the Massachusetts Central Rail Trail along the corridor extending through the Towns of Wayland and Weston.”
