TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF HIGH OCCUPANCY TOLL LANES ON I-93

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

“Section XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a task force consisting of the majority leader or his designee, the minority leader or his designee, and the commissioner of highways or his designee shall study the feasibility of high occupancy toll lanes with guaranteed travel times on interstate 93 and further report the results of its study to the Joint Committee on Transportation.”
