Interlocking on Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in Section 2D, line-item 6622-1280, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended to replace the interlocking at CP 3 and CP 4 and to design, construct, and install double track from CP 3 and CP 4 on the Framingham/Worcester commuter rail line.”
