Grade Crossing Upgrades on Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in Section 2D, line-item 6622-1280, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended to upgrade five grade crossings between Boston and Worcester on the Framingham/Worcester commuter rail line.”
