Mr. Sciortino of Medford moves to amend the bill inserting at the end thereof, the following section:

“Section XX. The Department of Transportation is directed to close Harvard Street between State Highway Route 38 and Boston Avenue in the city of Medford to commercial truck traffic between the hours of 9 P.M. and 6 A.M effective September 1, 2012, unless said department declares it a public necessity that said roadway should be open to commercial traffic, and shall post notice of said restriction at the intersection of route 38 and Harvard Street in the city of Medford.”
