Ashland At-Grade Crossing

Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2A in line-item 6622-1217 by inserting the following:

;provided further that not less than $5,000,000 will be used for the planning, engineering, design, or construction of improvements to the at-grade rail crossing in the Town of Ashland.
