Amendment #78 to H4179

Design Reconstruction of Route 99 in the City of Malden

Representatives Fallon of Malden and Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2A in item 6121-1217, by adding the following:  "provided further that $2,500,000 be issued for the design reconstruction of Route 99 in the City of Malden"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$325,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$327,500.00".
