Veterans Memorial Drive Extension-- Milford

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill in Section 2A, in line item 6121-1217, in line 51, by inserting after the word "department" the following:- ";provided further, that no more than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the design, permitting, construction and right-of-way acquisition for Phase I of the Veterans Memorial Drive/Alternate Route project in Milford"
