Middlesex Turnpike Improvement Phase 3

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 6121-1217: by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $19,000,000 shall be expended for the Middlesex Turnpike Improvements phase 3, all in the town of Billerica"
