Amendment #5 to H4196

To increase communication with residents during emergency response plans

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in line 16, by striking the word “twice-daily” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “three times daily”;

and further in section 5, line 52, by striking the word “twice-daily” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “three times daily”.
