Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in subsection (2):

By striking out, in line 11, the word “should” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “shall”;

By striking out, in line 14, the word “are” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “shall be”; and

By striking out, in line 15, the words “six months” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “ninety days”
