Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 15, by inserting after the word “jointly” the following:- , a member appointed by the Massachusetts Community Colleges Executive Office, and a member of a board of trustees of a community college selected by the chairs of such boards of trustees acting jointly.
