Mr. Koczera of New Bedford, Mr. Sullivan of Fall River, Mr. Markey of Dartmouth, Mr. Cabral of New Bedford, Ms. Orrall of Lakeville, Mr. Schmid of Westport, Mr. D'Emilia of Bridgewater and Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the order move that House 4259 be amended in line 4 by inserting at the end the following:

", with the exception of amendments affecting and/or addressing the time certain by which so-called land in trust is approved or acted upon by the United States Government."
