Mr. Kuros of Uxbridge moves to amend the bill inserting, after section XX, the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 1 of chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in lines 87 through 88, by striking subdivision (31) of subsection (b) in its entirety.”.
