Amendment #22 to H4324

Emergency sewer and storm drain repair

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill at the end thereof, by inserting the following:-

"For the purposes of planning, engineering and permiting related to the emergency repair of storm drains and sewers  in the Fair Street, Bridge Street, Pomeroy Terrace and Cross Path Road neighborhoods and other contiguous roadways and properties located in the city of Northampton, the Department of Transportation shall expend not less than $450,000."
